How do I navigate your site?
We at Rugs66.com aim to provide you with
an easy shopping experience. We carry over 25,000 items from over 150 Manufacturers.
We offer very low prices on our site plus free shipping on most items.

Just search or browse through our online store, choose the item(s)
of you wish to purchase, click on the "Add to Cart" button, login to your account
(or register a new account), enter your billing & shipping information,
select your payment options and successfully complete the ordering
process.
How do I remove items from the cart?
When you click on "My Cart" you can view the contents
and change them too. To remove an item, click on the "Remove" button
next to that item.
How do I update the quantity of items in my cart?
When you click on "My Cart" you can view the contents
and change them too. To update the quantity of an item, type how many
pieces of that item you want into the "Quantity" field, then click on
the "Update" button next to that item.
What are your shipping charges?
Almost all of the items listed on our website offer
FREE SHIPPING, on those items the page will state "Free Shipping &
Handling". All other items, shipping and handling charges will be
calculated during checkout.
Are there any other Shipping & Handling fees?
For all orders will be added $7.95 processing fee. Handling fees will apply to heavy/oversized items where indicated.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
Unfortunately we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. You must supply us with a physical address.
How do I check the current status of my orders?
Log-in to your account, then click on the "My Account"
link. From there you will see your full order history including the
order status. For detailed information on an order, select the order by
clicking on the order number, it will then open a full invoice for you
to view or print for your records.
What does order status "pending" mean?
All orders go through a 3 step process. Once an order is submitted the status is
marked "Pending" then it is marked "Paid" and finally
"Shipped". Order status "Pending" means that the Credit Card information
is pending Verification. As soon as all the information is verified, we
charge the card and the order gets marked "Paid".
I don't know my order number. Where do I find it?
Log-in to your account, then click on the "My Account"
link. From there you will see your full order history including all the
order numbers and detailed information.
Can I cancel an order after it is submitted?
Yes, we do accept cancellations of an order, but it
should be done as soon as possible. Once the order has entered the shipping process,
we do not allow any cancellations. For more information please see our
Terms & Conditions.
What is the normal lead time?
It all depends on the item. Most items ship within 2-3
weeks. Certain items ship within 2-3 days. Custom and specialty items
can take longer than 3 weeks. Please call our Sales Department for more
information at 1-866-343-0020.
What types of payment do you accept?

Is it safe to send my Credit Card number through your site?

What if I have a problem or need to return something?
If you were shipped a different product than you ordered,
please contact us at info@rugs66.com
or 1-866-343-0020 within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide an RGA
number and instructions on how and where to ship them back. We will pay for the
freight back and ship the correct product free of charge. For more detailed
information please refer to our return policy here.
What do I do if I forgot my Password?
Next to the log-in box there is a "Forgot Your Password"
link, just click on it and follow the instructions and your password
will be emailed to you. You can reach that page by clicking
here.
How do I edit my Billing or Shipping information?
Log-in to your account, then click on the "My Account"
link. From there click on the "Modify Your Information" link. To change
your Billing or Shipping address on an existing order please call our
Customer Service Department at 1-866-343-0020.
Will I receive email updates from your site?
We do not believe in spamming. You will not receive any
emails other than order notifications. However, if you opted in to our
Newsletter Mailing List you will occasionally receive an email about any
new developments like discount offers/new products etc. In case you wish
to receive our monthly newsletter, you have to subscribe to our
newsletter by logging in to your account and clicking on the "Modify
Your Information" link. Once you are on the "Modify Information" page
you must check the box saying "Notify me about special events at this
store".
Will the information I provide be private?
When you place orders or access your account
information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server
software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to
us. The data we collect from you is protected against unauthorized
access. We have very strict policies and procedures designed to protect
the privacy of our customers and subscribers. We will never share or
sell your personal information with any external organization, unless
you provide prior consent. Any personal information you wish to provide

Can I order my locks to be Keyed the same or to an existing key?
Yes you can. Please make sure to notify on of our Sales
Representatives when you place your order. Note: There will be an
additional charge for Keying Alike.
